The building located at 916 NW 6th Street was built in the 1960s and was home first to the B.F. Goodrich tire shop, then the Mid-Town Service Center until its purchase in 2014. Its first life, as a mid-century auto service center, meant clean lines and large garage bays. Combine those features with its location on the west edge of Midtown and downtown and we knew that this space had the potential to become something special.

With 14,500 square feet to work with, the building is now home to two locally owned restaurants, Sunnyside Diner and Revolución Taqueria & Cantina, and has open space for retail or offices on the second level.
