Swanson’s Tire Shop, with it’s vaulted ceilings and prime location, always had the potential to become a great restaurant and office space. The garage bays-turned-large glass openings create a solid and immediate connection with the street. Passers-by see a large dining area and an array of decor designed to pop with color at what is the first Mexican restaurant for Good Egg Dining Group.

The courtyard, a by-product of the tire shop’s growth over the years, has been converted into a shaded area that is accessible to the street and screened in by the surrounding complex. Large trees, movable shade covers, heaters, and a fireplace are designed to allow the space, seating up to 100, to be used more than 300 days a year.
